Mayor's cabinet advisor on Culture, London Assembly member and co-founder of the London Black Women Council
Following a successful career in nursing, Jennette Arnold worked as an Industrial Relations Officer and as Regional Director of Services and Special Adviser (Equalities) to the General Secretary of the Royal College of Nursing.
She then moved on to become a leading associate with the award winning training and organisational development consultancy, Beacon Associates.
Jennette has been acknowledged and recognised both in her native island of Montserrat and in the UK for her commitment to enabling individuals and communities to succeed in their endeavours.
She has been highly instrumental in facilitating, motivating and enabling a large number of black professionals to achieve and maximise their potential through personal development, mentorship and management training. She is a devout Christian and regular churchgoer.
